Biological E. Limited invites talented and self-driven individuals with 2 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vaccine and Pharma SGI businesses at Shamirpet, Hyderabad.

Open Positions & Qualifications

1. Production (Injectables)

Designation: Sr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Officer / Officer
Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc. / B.Sc. / Diploma
Key Skills:

Manufacturing, compounding, filtration, washing, filling, sealing, lyophilization
Pre- and post-production operations
Experience with isolators is a strong plus

2. Quality Assurance (IPQA)

Designation: Dy. Manager / Asst. Manager / Sr. Executive / Executive
Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc. (Life Sciences) / B.Tech / M.Tech (Biotech)
Key Skills:

Drug Product: SOP and batch record review, media fills, validations, line clearance, change control, deviation handling, and OOS investigations
Drug Substance: Line clearance, batch record review, QMS documentation, PV, CV, APS, master/working cell bank management

3. Quality Assurance (Validation)

Designation: Sr. Executive / Executive
Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc. / B.Tech
Key Skills:

Review and execution of qualification/validation protocols
Calibration and preventive maintenance compliance
Engineering logbook, certificate, and schedule management

4. Quality Control (Biologics / Vaccines)

Designation: Asst. Manager / Sr. Executive / Executive
Qualification: M.Sc. (Life Sciences) / B.Tech / M.Tech (Biotech)
Key Skills:

Biochemical Assays: Protein, nucleic acid, polysaccharide, and aluminum content testing
Instrumentation Testing: HPLC, IC, aggregate and purity analysis, troubleshooting, ALCOA compliance
Virology: In-vitro viral testing of vaccine materials and products, QC release, and stability studies
