Open Positions

🔹 Production Operator – FFS / Nasal

Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive
Experience: 2–8 Years
Key Responsibilities:

• Operation and cleaning of nasal spray filling & sealing machines

• Handling of vial washing machine, tunnel, and holding vessels

• Expertise in FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) technology

• Adherence to aseptic behavior and cleanroom practices

🔹 Production Operator – MDI

Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive
Experience: 2–8 Years
Key Responsibilities:

• Handling MDI (Metered Dose Inhaler) machines including Homogenizers and Jay Precision units

• Working on Glatt equipment, pressurized vessel pumps, and aerosol filling machines

• End-to-end MDI manufacturing exposure preferred

🔹 Production Operator – Tablet Manufacturing

Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive
Experience: 2–8 Years
Key Responsibilities:

• Operation of tablet production equipment: FETTE, CADPRESS, FBE, TOPSPRAY, etc.

• Proficiency in compression, granulation, and coating processes

• Familiarity with tools like RMG, Rotary Shifter, Co-mill, Vibratory Shifter, and Octagonal Blender

🔹 Production Operator – Capsule Manufacturing

Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive
Experience: 2–8 Years
Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in hard and soft gelatin capsule production

• Hands-on with AF-90T, ZR090T, Aadat, and MG2 machines

• Involvement in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing processes

🔹 Packing Operator

Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive
Experience: 2–8 Years
Key Responsibilities:

• Handling of blister packing machines (BQS, EPI2500, FB300)

• Operation of high-speed cartonators: PMM, Marchesini, DMC series

• Experience with labeling, container filling, check weighing, and auto-cartonators

Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Qualifications: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc (as per role-specific requirements)
