Positions Available
HLL’s Retail Business Division is expanding its reach with the Janasanjeevini Drug Store outlets in Karnataka and the Amrit Pharmacy outlet at NIMHANS Bangalore. We are seeking motivated, results-oriented professionals to join our team on a fixed tenure contract basis.

Position: Pharmacist

Qualification:

• D.Pharm / B.Pharm with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in retail pharmacy.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications and provide pharmaceutical care at designated outlets.
• Maintain inventory control and adhere to regulatory standards.

Position: Assistant Pharmacist

Qualification:

• D.Pharm / B.Pharm

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations, supporting the pharmacist in dispensing and inventory management.

Selection Process

• Written Test and Interview: Both positions require a written test, featuring multiple-choice questions (50 marks, no negative marking) to be completed within 30 minutes.
• Age Limit: Maximum 37 years as of 01.11.2024 (age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwD as per Government norms).

General Instructions for Candidates

1. Original Documentation: Candidates must bring original certificates and self-attested copies (age, qualification, experience, ID proof) along with a recent passport-sized photograph.
2. Community Certificate: SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates must produce their community certificate from relevant authorities.
3. Contractual Appointment: Employment is on a fixed tenure contract basis.
4. Final Posting Location: Assignments may vary based on business needs; management holds the right to make final posting decisions.
5. Required Registration: Candidates for Pharmacist/Assistant Pharmacist must provide State Pharmacy Council Registration for obtaining a license for the pharmacy outlet.
6. Experience Relaxation: For Pharmacist positions, B.Pharm candidates with M.Pharm/Pharm D qualification may receive a two-year experience relaxation.
