Position Overview

We are seeking Quality Assurance / Quality Control Associates to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for detail-oriented professionals with experience in pharma packaging who are passionate about ensuring quality standards. Female candidates with 2–5 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks and inspections of packaging materials in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

• Perform quality control tests, record accurate results, and ensure documentation for regulatory compliance.

• Work closely with production teams to integrate quality processes seamlessly.

• Identify, investigate, and resolve quality-related issues to maintain product integrity.

• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, audits, and process improvements.

• Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.

Candidate Profile

• Education: B.Pharm, B.Sc., M.Sc., or an equivalent qualification.

• Experience: 2–5 years in QA/QC within the pharmaceutical or packaging industry.

• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, familiarity with GMP, and knowledge of ISO standards.

• Preference: Female candidates preferred.

• Availability: Immediate joiners will be given priority.
