Job Descriptions:

Group Leader

Role: Assist the Head of Bioanalytical in managing the bioanalytical section, ensuring project and quality management align with GLP guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Verify and identify raw data, including forms and chromatograms, and ensure approval by Head-Bioanalytical.
• Complete analysis, validation reports, and method SOPs on time; archive all raw data and reports promptly.
• Ensure availability of materials (e.g., working standards, solvents, reagents) before project commencement.
• Coordinate with documentation and project management teams for report preparation.
• Handle HPLC columns and maintain related documentation and maintenance records.
• Conduct literature searches and prepare product profiles of drugs/metabolites.
• Develop cost-effective methods for estimating various drugs/metabolites in biological matrices using LC/MS/MS.
• Assist Head-Bioanalytical in data analysis and record compilation.
• Maintain equipment log books.
• Stay updated on recent trends and advances in bioanalytical research.
• Ensure validated Excel templates are used for method validation calculations and other calibrations.
• Prepare, revise, and review SOPs and other required documents.

Sr. Analyst / Jr. Analyst

Role: Assist project leaders in conducting bioanalysis and maintaining the bioanalytical laboratory per GLP guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain LCMS/MS and HPLC equipment and calibration records.
• Develop and validate bioanalytical methods.
• Process and analyze biological samples for drug/metabolite concentrations.
• Compile raw data in data sheets and laboratory notebooks.
• Maintain equipment log books.
• Assist Head-Bioanalytical in data analysis and report compilation.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment in the bioanalytical department.
• Manage laboratory instruments like pH meters, analytical balances, and micropipettes.
• Prepare, revise, and review SOPs and other required documents.

Qualification: M.Sc. – Chemistry, B.Pharm, M.Pharm – Pharmaceutical Analysis
