Work Location: Pharmez, Ahmedabad
Experience Required: 2 to 7 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc / M.Pharm / B.E

💼 Job Responsibilities & Desired Expertise

We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in Injectable (Sterile/Parenteral/Ophthalmic) manufacturing within regulated environments.

📌 Key Areas of Expertise:

• Aseptic Manufacturing & Batch Production

• Vial Filling, Ophthalmic Line, PFS, Microsphere & Cartridge Operations

• Filtration, Sealing, Autoclave & Terminal Sterilization

• Operation of sterile area equipment including:

  • Groninger / Optima Filling Machine

  • Dyno Truking Filling and Sealing Machine

  • Bosch Filling Machine

• Experience in Microsphere Line will be an added advantage

• Adherence to cGMP, GDP, ALCOA principles & QMS protocols

• Strong understanding of sterile practices and aseptic behavior

🧪 Preferred Line Experience:

• Vials

• Pre-Filled Syringes (PFS)

• Ophthalmic Products

• Microspheres

• Cartridges
