Qualifications Required

• ITI/ Diploma/ B.Pharma/ B.E./ B.Tech.
• Pharma industry experience: 1 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities

• Operate in Aseptic & Controlled areas, handling tasks like Filling, Sealing, Filtration, Autoclave, Batch Manufacturing, Terminal Sterilization, Tunnel Operations, QMS Activities, Visual Inspection Testing (VIT), and Packing.
• Work with various production lines including Ophthalmic, PFS, Cartridges, Lyophilizer and Vial, Bag Line, Robotic Line (Vial), and Emulsion Line.
• Operate filling machines such as Groninger/ Optima, Dyno Truking filling and sealing machine, Bosch filling machine, and Steam Sterilizer (Fedegree).

Desired Profile

• Expertise in batch manufacturing and preparation activities.
• Strict adherence to production department rules and regulations.
• Parenteral background with exposure to Aseptic vial filling processes.
• Awareness of quality objectives and compliance with applicable quality procedures.
• Technical proficiency in handling sterile manufacturing and isolator-based filling lines.
• Experience with USFDA audits, preferably in a 21 CFR-compliant organization.
