Job Description
Upstream Production
-
Hands-on experience in fermentation (microbial/mammalian)
-
Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques
-
Operation of centrifugation, TFF, homogenization
-
Filter integrity testing, media preparation, autoclaving, and CGMP practices
Downstream Production
-
Proficient in chromatography operations, column packing/unpacking
-
Skilled in TFF operations, buffer/media prep, autoclave/DHS operations
-
Experience in QMS handling, audit compliance, CFT interaction, and regulatory audits
