💼 Available Departments & Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Production – Bulk Manufacturing (Drug Substance / Antigens)
-
Execute upstream and downstream processing of bacterial and viral antigens.
-
Manage production batches with adherence to cGMP standards and timelines.
-
Collaborate with QA and QC teams for documentation and compliance.
-
Drive efficient manufacturing of vaccines, biosimilars, and injectables.
2️⃣ Production – Formulations (Vaccines)
Blending
-
Oversee formulation activities, autoclaves, CIP, and SIP systems.
-
Ensure smooth shift planning and adherence to sterility protocols.
Filling
-
Manage filling operations including tunnel sterilizers, filling, and capping machines.
Packing & Labelling
-
Handle vial labeling, batch coding (VVM dot, Videojet, Control Print), and Track & Trace systems.
-
Monitor temperature-controlled storage areas (cold rooms/freezers).
3️⃣ Engineering (Biologics)
Process Equipment
-
Perform breakdown and preventive maintenance of vial washing, filling, autoclave, and labeling machines.
-
Handle lyophilization equipment and jacketed vessels efficiently.
Instrumentation
-
Operate and troubleshoot BMS, PLC, and SCADA systems.
-
Ensure calibration, breakdown maintenance, and system validation.
4️⃣ Quality Control (Biologics / Vaccines)
Biochemical & Immunochemical Testing
-
Conduct assays for proteins, nucleic acids, polysaccharides, and aluminum content.
-
Perform method validation and manage OOS/OOT investigations.
Virology
-
Carry out in-vitro viral testing for raw materials, bulk, and finished products.
-
Review stability data and QC release testing.
-
Maintain ALCOA compliance and proficiency in molecular methods (SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, PCR, ELISA).
5️⃣ Quality Assurance (IPQA – Drug Substance / Drug Product)
-
Ensure GMP compliance in production areas, including line clearance and documentation review.
-
Manage QMS, batch release, and deviation handling.
-
Oversee fill-finish IPQA activities such as media fills, validation, and change control.
-
Review and approve SOPs, PV, CV, and APS-related documentation.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
-
Education: M.Sc. (Life Sciences) / B. Pharmacy / B.Sc. / Diploma / ITI
-
Experience: 2–8 years in vaccine manufacturing, biosimilars, or injectable production
-
Skills:
-
Sound knowledge of cGMP, ALCOA, PLC/SCADA systems
-
Hands-on experience in biochemical, immunological, and molecular assays
-

Attributes: Self-driven, detail-oriented, adaptable, and a strong team player.
💰 Compensation & Growth

Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum (based on experience & role)
