As a member of our team, you will work on the development of new pharmaceutical products and the improvement of existing products.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducting laboratory research and experimentation<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing and interpreting data<\/li>\n<li>Preparing technical reports and presentations<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with other departments and teams<\/li>\n<li>Leading small projects and providing guidance to junior team members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>M.Pharm, M.Sc, or B.Pharm degree in a relevant field<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry<\/li>\n<li>Strong laboratory skills and experience<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of pharmaceutical development and regulatory requirements<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
