The ideal candidate should have a degree in pharmacy and\/or an MBA, with extensive experience in retail, sales, or customer service, the ability to memorize product details, strong communication skills, and a growth mindset. They should also be articulate, able to perform engaging demonstrations, deadline-driven and willing to work after hours.<\/p>
