\n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The job description for a Director of Quality Assurance (DQA) includes providing effective leadership to the DQA team, ensuring adequate support for different projects, monitoring employee training, ensuring the Quality management system procedures in R&amp;D, reviewing system and project audit trails, ensuring Instrument\/Equipment IQ, OQ &amp; PQ documents, collaborating with technical leads and expertise areas, ensuring thorough review of Product Development Reports, evaluating vendors, reviewing and approving Technology transfer documents, reviewing Analytical Method Validation\/Transfer protocols and reports, monitoring Tech transfer, validation batches, stability samples, control samples during product development, providing CMC documents to agencies for filings, coordinating with Analytical\/Clinical Research Organizations &amp;
