This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company and receive extensive training while progressing within the team.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undertaking formulation development duties to support R&amp;D<\/li>\n<li>Conducting validation, optimization and scale up studies<\/li>\n<li>Planning and scheduling work to meet KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing customer enquiries to create bespoke formulations<\/li>\n<li>Conducting data checks for quality and consistency<\/li>\n<li>Performing method development, verification\/validation of existing and new products<\/li>\n<li>Supporting deviations, CAPA, change control, complaints, and recalls<\/li>\n<li>Providing auditing support<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring targets are met through continuous development and coaching of staff<\/li>\n<li>Developing liquid, solid, and semi-solid formulations for oral and topical products<\/li>\n<li>Sourcing new raw materials and determining their quality<\/li>\n<li>Writing technical documentation including batch manufacturing records and technical reports<\/li>\n<li>Involved in validation activities such as DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ and PV<\/li>\n<li>Generating protocols and reports<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing existing processes to ensure compliance and streamlining<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications and Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in a relevant scientific discipline<\/li>\n<li>Previous formulation experience in a pharmaceutical setting is highly desirable<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in a similar role within a GMP accredited organization<\/li>\n<li>Strong IT skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving, risk analysis, and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adhere to strict deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Motivation, accuracy, discretion, and helpfulness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you have a passion for pharmaceuticals and formulation development, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company.
