Pharm\/M. Pharm\/B. Sc\/M. Sc degree is required, along with 2 to 12 years of experience in the production department. It&#8217;s also preferred that the candidate has exposure to QMS activities, such as change control, deviation, CAPA, and investigations.<\/p>\n<p>For the Plant Operator\/Technical Assistant position, an ITI\/Diploma is required, along with 3 to 12 years of experience in the production department. Candidates with experience in machine operation activity for external preparation are preferred.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Production- Tablet\/ Capsule :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For the Officer\/Executive position, a B.Pharm\/M.Pharm degree is required, along with 3 to 7 years of experience in the Tablet\/Capsule department. The ideal candidate should have experience in Gelatin preparation and a good understanding of the soft gelatin process, encapsulation, granulation, compression, coating, and inspection. The Officer\/Executive will be responsible for planning the manufacturing of batches, monitoring line clearance, carrying out qualification activities, initiating QMS activities, and handling manpower.<\/p>\n<p>For the Operator-Technical Assistant position, a Diploma is required, along with 3 to 12 years of experience in operating machines such as encapsulation machines, imprinting, visual inspection, granulation, Wurster Coater, compression machines, and coating machines. The Operator-Technical Assistant will be responsible for performing line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment\/instrument\/auxiliary items.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warehouse:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Warehouse Officer or Executive in charge of dispensing is responsible for managing and overseeing the dispensing and distribution of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods in the oral solid dosage industry. They must have a B.Sc. degree and a minimum of 3-7 years of experience in warehouse activities. Key responsibilities may include:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Physical stock verification: Conduct regular checks of the warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.<\/li>\n<li>Dispensing and distribution: Ensure that raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods are dispensed and distributed efficiently and in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all dispensing activities and ensure that they are in compliance with the company&#8217;s Quality Management System (QMS) documentation requirements.<\/li>\n<li>SAP knowledge: Knowledge of SAP software is preferable and can help in efficiently managing the warehouse activities.<\/li>\n<li>Online documentation: Use online systems to manage documentation and\n<p><strong>Production Documentation Cell- Production :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For the Executive position, a B.Pharm\/M.Pharm degree is required, along with 3 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in SAP and be able to handle a team for the Manager role.<\/p>\n<p>For the Manager position, a B.Pharm\/M.Pharm degree is required, along with 14 to 17 years of experience.
