alignment with MECO&#8217;s overall business strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners to expand MECO&#8217;s customer base in India and neighboring regions.<\/li>\n<li>Identify new business opportunities, products, and services that can be offered to customers to drive sales growth and market share in the region.<\/li>\n<li>Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, market trends, and competitor activity reports to the Singapore office.<\/li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with other members of the regional sales team to develop and execute cross-functional initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, optimize sales processes, and enhance MECO&#8217;s competitive position.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities that may impact MECO&#8217;s business in the region.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular reviews of sales performance and profitability by customer, product, and region, and make recommendations to the Singapore office on strategies to improve sales performance and profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all MECO policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.<strong>As a Regional Sales Manager, your core responsibilities include:<\/strong>\n<ol>\n<li>Business Development within India:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement a business development strategy to expand MECO&#8217;s customer base in India.<\/li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with clients, EPCs, and other stakeholders in the region.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and build relationships with agents and suppliers who can contribute significantly to corporate goals.<\/li>\n<li>Manage all agents in the region and ensure effective delivery of sales strategies to customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Sales and Marketing:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, evaluate, measure, and monitor agents to ensure effective delivery of sales strategies to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct training seminars and presentations to customers and agents.<\/li>\n<li>Research and analyze business opportunities consistent with the organization&#8217;s long-term and strategic plans.<\/li>\n<li>Build and grow a pipeline of sales inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities and work with technical teams to grow profitable revenue for the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Market Analysis:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain awareness of all sales opportunities, competitor activity, and performance plans.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities that may impact MECO&#8217;s business in the region.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Customer Service:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Interface quotations for potential customers in the region.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all proposals are accurate, complete, and timely.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Interfacing with Headquarter and Regional Offices:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with the US headquarters and other regional offices for all sales-related activities.<\/li>\n<li>Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the headquarters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Contract Management:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and enforce contract terms and provisions for projects and other business-related ventures in the region.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all contracts are executed in compliance with local laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Sales Tools and Personnel Development:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop sales tools and personnel as needed to expand and build business in the region.<\/li>\n<li>Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve their targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>Marketing Opportunities:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify relevant marketing opportunities in pertinent venues, publications, and multimedia platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Work with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote MECO&#8217;s products and services in the region.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>Follow-up and CRM Management:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct follow-up on all open proposals and maintain the information within the CRM system (HubSpot) on a weekly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all customer interactions are accurately recorded in the CRM system to facilitate effective communication and follow-up.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Meet KPIs around activity and objectives, including sales targets, customer retention, and customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales and business development, preferably in the water treatment, industrial, or related industries.<\/li>\n<li>Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel extensively within India and neighboring regions.<\/li>\n<li>Authorization to work within India without support from MECO and Grundfos.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <strong>Job Type and Salary:<\/strong> full-time employee, the Regional Sales Manager will be paid a monthly salary between \u20b990,000.00 and \u20b9180,000.00.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Benefits:<\/strong> The position comes with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and health
