Post Graduate<\/p>\n<p><strong>Unit<\/strong>: OSD-Formulations<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Officer\/Operator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse department in the OSD Formulation unit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The main responsibilities of the role include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Receiving and verifying the incoming materials and ensuring that they are stored in the correct location.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining accurate inventory records of all materials and ensuring that they are updated regularly.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and issuing material transfer orders as per the production schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating with the production team to ensure that the required materials are available on time.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that the materials are issued to the production team as per the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting regular stock checks to ensure that the inventory levels are accurate.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that the warehouse is kept clean and organized at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining the documentation related to the warehouse activities as per the company&#8217;s standard operating procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Adhering to the safety guidelines while performing the warehouse activities.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating with the Quality Control department for the sampling of the materials as per the sampling plan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The candidate must have a minimum of 2-8 years of experience in warehouse operations in the OSD Formulation unit.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate must have a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Commerce, or an MBA, or any other graduate\/postgraduate degree.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate must have good communication and coordination skills.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate must have a good understanding of the warehouse management system.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate must have a good understanding of the cGMP
