Proficient in interpreting results and generating conclusive reports.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adherence to Quality and Regulatory Standards<\/strong>: Maintain compliance with Quality metrics, ALCOA+ principles, GLP, OQM, HSE, ISEC, and Novartis guidelines. Uphold Good Documentation Practices, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaborative Team Player<\/strong>: Contribute collaboratively to multidisciplinary teams, aiding project deliverables within stipulated timelines. Provide mentorship to new team members, actively participate in project meetings and networks, and contribute to team objectives while fulfilling individual goals.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Equipment Qualification and Calibration:<\/strong> Assume responsibility for instrument\/equipment qualification (URS to Report) and scheduled calibrations according to site procedures.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Investigative Abilities and Effective Communication<\/strong>: Proficiently conduct investigations, guide team members, and communicate transparently with global stakeholders. Manage multiple priorities effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Candidate Profile:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Academic Background:<\/strong> M.Pharm.\/M.Sc with proficient English language skills (oral and written).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience Required at Novartis<\/strong>: Minimum of 10 years (M.Pharm.\/M.Sc.) or 4 years (Ph.D.) in quantification of GTIs\/Nitrosamines in DS and DP at trace levels.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Essential Expertise<\/strong>: Previous engagement with Nitrosamines, including NDSRIs, is obligatory.
