The company fosters an environment where employees are encouraged to voice their ideas and concerns, empowering them to effect positive change.<\/p>\n<h3>Job Post: Junior Officer<\/h3>\n<h3>Job Description<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Production Documentation:<\/strong> Drafting production-related documents for assigned modules in accordance with SOP and protocol guidelines.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Production CCR Investigation:<\/strong> Preparing data for timely closure of Production CCRs in Trackwise through investigative efforts.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hazop and MPR Coordination:<\/strong> Collaborating with the safety department to draft Hazop reports and action points for draft MPRs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>IMS Documentation:<\/strong> Responsible for preparing IMS documents, including HIRA (Hazards Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control) and EAI (Environmental Aspect-Impact assessment).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Training Oversight:<\/strong> Serving as the DTC (Designated Training Coordinator) for the department, ensuring timely completion of training for self and subordinates in the LMS.<\/li>\n<li><strong>SAP Entries:<\/strong> Managing all SAP entries related to documentation processes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Document Coordination:<\/strong> Acting as a Document Coordinator within the plant, responsible for issuing, archiving, and maintaining documents in EDAMS.<\/li>\n<li><strong>BPR\/BRC Review:<\/strong> Reviewing BPR (Batch Production Record) and BRC (Batch Release Certificate) documents and submitting them to QA (Quality Assurance).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Requisition Forms:<\/strong> Creating requisition forms, including ARF\/LRF generation for module-related needs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Packaging Material Planning:<\/strong> Planning and managing packaging material requirements, supplying daily needs for production, and coordinating with the warehouse.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stock Amendment Note:<\/strong> Performing activities related to Stock Amendment Note for Repacking\/Relabeling, adhering to specific pack size requirements, and providing samples for market and QA if needed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>API Quality Data:<\/strong> Entering data for given solvents and managing Lot making reservations, as well as maintaining API quality data.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Additional Information<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Experience Required at Sun Pharma:<\/strong> 4 to 8 Years<\/li>\n<li><strong>Qualification Required at Sun Pharma:<\/strong> B.Sc.\/M.Sc.\/B Pharma<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Dewas API &#8211;
