Periodically verify reject label audit trail report; report discrepancies to Supervisor.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <strong>Additional Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"11\">\n<li>Prepare change control management (CCM) or document change request (DCR) for Batch Release activities.<\/li>\n<li>Raise Non-conformance Reports (NCR) for any non-compliance during Batch Release activities.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, review, or revise SOPs as needed to meet regulatory requirements or address internal audit observations.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Certificate of Conformity and Certificate of Manufacturing; submit to PAC\/partner as required.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with PAC team for QP-related query support as per standard operating procedure.<\/li>\n<li>Support cross-functional staff in resolving Batch records related queries.<\/li>\n<li>Initiate and implement corrective and preventive actions in coordination with respective functions.<\/li>\n<li>Perform execution tasks for Corrective Action, Preventive Action, and Change Control Management.<\/li>\n<li>Submit Batch Release documents to IRA as required; keep supervisor informed of submission status.<\/li>\n<li>Provide entry access to QA office and retain sample room; maintain related documents.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>Additional Information:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> 2 to 6 years<\/li>\n<li><strong>Qualification:<\/strong> M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Ahmedabad, Gujarat<\/li>\n<li><strong>Industry Type:<\/strong> Pharma\/ Healthcare\/ Clinical Research<\/li>\n<li><strong>Functional Area:<\/strong> QA<\/li>\n<li><strong>End Date:<\/strong> 30th January 2024<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Interested candidates meeting the qualifications can submit their resumes to [<a target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">email@example.com<\/a>] by the closing date.
