more trials.<\/li>\n<li>Provides scientific and clinical leadership to a team of supporting Clinical Scientists.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates with cross-functional study team members and co-leads study team meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Supports clinical development planning in collaboration with Clinical Development Lead\/Clinical Trial Physician.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Leads the implementation of all study startup\/conduct\/close-out activities.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluates innovative trial designs in collaboration with Medical Monitor\/Clinical Development Lead.<\/li>\n<li>Manages protocol and ICF development processes, including writing, reviewing, and adjudicating cross-functional comments.<\/li>\n<li>Conducts site-facing activities such as training and acting as the primary contact for clinical questions.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies clinical data trends and escalates questions to the Medical Monitor.<\/li>\n<li>Develops clinical narrative plans and reviews clinical narratives.<\/li>\n<li>Provides information required for the development of trial budgets and CRO scope of work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Candidate_Profile\"><\/span><strong>Candidate Profile<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Life Sciences (MD, PhD, Pharm D, MS, RN, or equivalent).<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in clinical science, clinical research, or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient knowledge of GCP\/ICH, drug development process, study design, statistics, and clinical operations.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with a strong sense of teamwork.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Medical Terminology and medical writing skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\"
