In this role, you&#8217;ll spearhead the development of downstream processes for Biosimilar Molecules, including ADCs, meeting functional requirements, and facilitating the scaling-up and transfer of processes to manufacturing. You&#8217;ll play a pivotal role in designing, managing, and executing multiple process development projects, alongside initiating new technology initiatives within the downstream development group.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Roles_Responsibilities\"><\/span>Roles &amp;
