This role requires working US shifts and involves a variety of tasks including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing the Global Inbox<\/li>\n<li>Handling inbound and outbound calls related to medical information, adverse event reports, product quality complaints, and medical inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Performing data entry and triaging adverse event reports, product quality complaints, and medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and consumers<\/li>\n<li>Identifying adverse events and product complaints during the data entry process<\/li>\n<li>Writing and filing adverse event reports and product quality complaint reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Education<\/strong>: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or PharmD.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience and Training<\/strong>: Excellent customer service skills, outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, and a strong clinical background.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Language Skills<\/strong>: Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Typing Speed<\/strong>: Minimum of 25 WPM.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shifts<\/strong>: Night shifts (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM and 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Walk-In Interview Details<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Date<\/strong>: 10th June 2024<\/li>\n<li><strong>Time<\/strong>: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM<\/li>\n<li><strong>Venue<\/strong>: EVERSANA India Pvt Ltd 7th Floor, AP81, Smartworks, Mundhwa, Koregaon Park, Pune<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please bring your CV to the interview.
