You will hold global accountability and act as the second line of contact at the project level. Your key responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic planning and delivery of CDM deliverables at the project level<\/li>\n<li>Management and oversight of vendor contracts<\/li>\n<li>Resourcing and budget management<\/li>\n<li>Oversight of vendor performance for assigned projects and studies<\/li>\n<li>Proactive risk management and issue resolution\/escalation related to CDM improvement or technology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Candidate_Profile\"><\/span>Candidate Profile<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> University or college degree in life sciences or a related field, pharmacy, nursing, or an equivalent relevant degree<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Significant Clinical Data Management experience, preferably in both CRO and Pharma industries across multiple therapeutic areas<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple trials simultaneously and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Experience as a lead of a large Phase III trial or multiple smaller trials<\/li>\n<li>Experience with CRO and vendor management<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing teams<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Regulatory Inspections<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Skills:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent understanding of clinical trial methodology, GCP, GDMP, and medical terminology<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive knowledge of clinical standards (e.g., SDTM or CDASH)<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive knowledge of database structures and clinical information management, including CRF design, database development, data handling, and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in SQL, 4GL, VBA, or R software<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to operate effectively in a global environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and
