The ideal candidate will provide quality assurance with a focus on IT systems, offering guidance and support to operational activities within our development and research organizations. This role ensures compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, Novartis procedures, and quality standards. The Quality Manager will manage projects, including Quality Plan initiatives, and processes to support quality objectives and ensure compliance with GxP regulations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>TRD QA Manager as Business System Owner:<\/strong> Oversee the development, maintenance, integration, and operation of GXP-validated IT systems.<\/li>\n<li><strong>System Enhancements:<\/strong> Document, test, and implement operational requirements according to IT Waterfall Methodology.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Compliance and Security:<\/strong> Ensure the system and data security comply with Information Security and Compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<li><strong>System Upgrades:<\/strong> Identify and implement IT system upgrades to enhance performance and address recurrent application issues and bug fixes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Interface Mitigation:<\/strong> Collaborate with other platforms (e.g., SAP, IRT) to address and mitigate interface-level issues.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Audit Support:<\/strong> Assist with internal audits and health authority inspections.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Deviation Remediation:<\/strong> Help remediate deviations related to IT systems and monitor associated corrective and preventive actions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Validation Reports:<\/strong> Review and approve IT system validation reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Candidate Profile<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s Degree in a related field.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Over 9 years of practical experience in the chemical\/pharmaceutical industry or more than 3 years of expertise in the field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in handling IT systems as a Key User, Super User, or System Owner.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the drug development process or quality assurance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Skills:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic project management, organizational, and planning skills.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with relevant regulations (e.g., GMP, HSE) and Novartis-specific standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Additional Information<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> 5+ years<\/li>\n<li><strong>Qualification:<\/strong> B.Pharm, M.Pharm<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Hyderabad<\/li>\n<li><strong>Industry Type:<\/strong> Pharma\/Healthcare\/Clinical Research<\/li>\n<li><strong>Division:<\/strong> Development<\/li>\n<li><strong>Business Unit:<\/strong> Innovative Medicines<\/li>\n<li><strong>End Date:<\/strong> 20th July 2024<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Join us at Novartis, where your contributions will drive the development of groundbreaking medicines and contribute to a healthier future.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: revert;
