\/>\n<strong>Experience:<\/strong> 12-15 Years<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Chennai<\/p>\n<h3>Job Description<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Operational Quality Assurance in Manufacturing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure quality assurance in tablet and HGC manufacturing processes.<\/li>\n<li>Review and approve work instructions (WI), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and production-related formats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>IPQA Shift Planning and Coordination:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and coordinate IPQA shifts based on production requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the collection, handling, and storage of in-process, semi-finished, finished, and control samples in compliance with cGMP standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Batch Review and Compliance:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct timely reviews and approvals of executed batch records.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the final batch release to the market and make decisions on the disposition (release\/rejection) of in-process and finished product batches.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure continuous cGMP compliance on the shop floor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Raw Material Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the collection and handling of raw material samples in accordance with cGMP standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Training and Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and monitor necessary training programs.<\/li>\n<li>Motivate and develop the team to ensure commitment, competence, and motivation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Quality Management System (QMS):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the evaluation, review, and approval of all QMS related to manufacturing and packing.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate proficiency in Trackwise, SAP, and LIMS systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Audit Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possess exposure to audits conducted by USFDA,
