The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in the following areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Development and Analytical Troubleshooting<\/strong>: Expertise in ophthalmic, injectable, and NDDS formulations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Analytical Techniques<\/strong>: Proficiency in HPLC, GC, LCMS, PSD, IVRT, and Extractable-Leachable methods.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Scientific Knowledge<\/strong>: Strong background in impurity profiling, product development, and the ability to address health agency queries.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Data Review Skills<\/strong>: Competence in reviewing analytical data related to specifications, technical procedures, method development, validation, and transfer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Literature Search and DMF Review<\/strong>: In-depth understanding of literature search and DMF review processes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coordination and Communication<\/strong>: Effective day-to-day coordination and communication with internal and external departments.<\/li>\n<li><strong>External Collaboration<\/strong>: Ability to coordinate with external teams of CMO\/CDMO for analytical documents, activities, and troubleshooting.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Communication and Learning<\/strong>: Excellent communication skills, a fast learner, and resilience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Qualifications\"><\/span>Qualifications<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Education<\/strong>: M.Pharm \/ M.Sc<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience<\/strong>: 6 &#8211;
