The company also boasts a dedicated R&amp;D facility in India, serving over 100 countries worldwide.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><\/li>\n<li><strong>Supervise and Monitor Production:<\/strong> Oversee the Softgel manufacturing and packing processes, including Gelatin preparation, Medicament preparation, Encapsulation, Drying, Printing, and Inspection.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ensure Compliance:<\/strong> Maintain continuous compliance on the production floor, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Production Planning:<\/strong> Develop and implement monthly, daily, and shift-wise schedules for Softgel manufacturing and packing operations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>QMS Management:<\/strong> Handle Quality Management System (QMS) events such as Deviations, Change Controls, and Investigations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Team Management:<\/strong> Lead and manage the production team to ensure the achievement of production goals according to schedule.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:<\/strong> Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates are invited to share their CVs at <a rel=\"noreferrer\">sivashankar.mohanty@arcolab.com<\/a>.
