Established in November 2007, RDTL is one of seven national laboratories dedicated to the rigorous testing of drugs and cosmetics, ensuring public health safety through quality control.<\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Key_Responsibilities\"><\/span><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the Chemical, Instrumentation, and Microbiological analysis of drugs and cosmetic products.<\/li>\n<li>Manage infrastructure, equipment, and personnel for the laboratory\u2019s efficient operation.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate activities across different branches within the Drug Testing Laboratory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Eligibility_Criteria\"><\/span><strong>Eligibility Criteria:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Officers<\/strong> from Central\/State Governments, Union territories, recognized Research Institutions, Public Sector Undertakings, Semi-Government, Statutory, or Autonomous Organizations who:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Hold an analogous post<\/strong> on a regular basis in their parent cadre or department; or<\/li>\n<li>Have <strong>five years of service<\/strong> in Pay Level 12 (pre-revised Pay Band-3 with Grade Pay Rs. 7600) or equivalent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Educational Qualifications and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Master\u2019s degree<\/strong> in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Pharmacology from a recognized university or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>12 years\u2019 experience<\/strong> in drug testing, with a track record of coordinating laboratory activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Information\"><\/span><strong>Information<\/strong>:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Age Limit:<\/strong> Maximum 56 years as of the closing date of the application.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Deputation Period:<\/strong> The deputation, including the short-term contract, is typically limited to 5 years.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Service Consideration:<\/strong> Service rendered on a regular basis before 01.01.2006 will be considered as per the revised pay structure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Required_Documents\"><\/span><strong>Required Documents:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Candidates must submit the following along with their application:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Duly filled application form (Annexure II) signed by the candidate and countersigned by the Cadre\/Appointing Authority.<\/li>\n<li>Attested copies of APAR\/ACRs for the last five years.<\/li>\n<li>Integrity Certificate.<\/li>\n<li>Vigilance Clearance Certificate.<\/li>\n<li>Statement of penalties (if any) imposed in the last 10 years.<\/li>\n<li>Verification certificate of the candidate\u2019s service particulars.<\/li>\n<li>Cadre Clearance Certificate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Incomplete applications or those missing required documents will not be considered.
