We are always looking for new ways to make a difference and for new people to join us in our journey.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>The Opportunity:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a Manager in Pharmacovigilance (PV) at Teva, you will provide oversight and direction for PV operations case handling activities within the EMIA\/APAC Regional PV Operations Hub, based in India. Your role will ensure compliance with all Health Authority requirements, regulations, and Teva\u2019s global standards.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee PV operations in the EMIA\/APAC Regional Hub to ensure timely, high-quality completion of activities such as case intake, triage, data entry, and submission oversight.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the process of collecting, assessing, and reporting adverse events, with potential on-site managerial support for other regions as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all activities comply with worldwide regulatory requirements and Global PV standards.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to drive operational excellence and compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a backup for direct reports and the Regional PV Operational Manager during absences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide direction and supervision to the EMIA\/APAC Regional Hub team and act as a backup for the NA\/LATAM Hubs&#8217; PV Operational Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all pharmacovigilance activities meet the requirements of Health Authorities in the EMIA\/APAC region and other applicable global regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Offer ongoing advice, guidance, and performance appraisals to department personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the selection and development of personnel within the EMIA\/APAC Regional PV Operations Hub.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the preparation of the annual Work Plan budget and ensure work is completed within budget.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate reports and records are created, maintained, and submitted to applicable Health Authorities for all adverse drug events\/reactions.<\/li>\n<li>Support the training and development of EMIA\/APAC Regional employees to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools to perform their job.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Candidate Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Healthcare or Life Sciences.<\/li>\n<li>10+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in people management within the pharma industry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Join us at Teva and be a part of a team dedicated to making a difference in global healthcare.
