Located on an 8.32-acre campus in Kim, SDPC is a pioneering educational institute and research center in South Gujarat. We are affiliated with GTU, approved by PCI and AICTE, and offer a range of courses including B. Pharm, M. Pharm (Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs &amp; Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance), Pharm.D., and Ph.D.<\/p>\n<p>We take pride in being the first Pharmacy College in Gujarat to receive autonomous status from the UGC and to be the youngest institute in the state to achieve Full NBA accreditation. Additionally, SDPC is NAAC Accredited with a B++ grade and is the only self-financed institute in Gujarat to be recognized by SIRO-DSIR.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Position Overview:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We are seeking qualified candidates for the positions of Associate Professor and Assistant Professor to join our esteemed faculty. These roles are vital in continuing our tradition of academic excellence and innovation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Associate Professor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and coordinate teaching, research, and service activities.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, deliver, and assess courses, manage office hours, and mentor students.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and standards for educational activities.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, develop, and implement curriculum and educational materials.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver lectures, presentations, and reports.<\/li>\n<li>Engage in professional development and scholarly activities, including publishing in refereed journals.<\/li>\n<li>Secure grant funding and serve on university committees and boards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Assistant Professor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Utilize technology to enhance teaching
