We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Sr. Executive in Quality Assurance.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Desired Profile:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> M.Sc.\/M.Tech\/M.Pharm<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> 5-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a GMP pharmaceutical organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>AHU Qualification &amp; Validation<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute protocols for DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ of clean rooms, HVAC systems, and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Review and validate technology transfer documents.<\/li>\n<li>Review and approve batch manufacturing records.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee IPQA for dispensing, manufacturing, packaging, and dispatch processes.<\/li>\n<li>Manage change control and deviations effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) for OOS\/OOT events.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update GMP validation procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance through regular monitoring and internal audits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Analytical Quality Assurance<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Review analytical documents for early-stage development, technology transfer, and pilot production.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with QC scientists to ensure the quality of documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Support regulatory submissions by reviewing development documents.<\/li>\n<li>Possess hands-on experience in analytical method development, validation, and stability studies.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate and resolve laboratory incidents (OOS\/OOT).<\/li>\n<li>Review data for adherence to specifications and test methods.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and track departmental
