Prioritize these ideas, develop business cases, and analyze market and competitor data to ensure a timely and successful launch of market-driven products.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Product Launch &amp; Sales Force Training:<\/strong><br \/>\nLead the marketing planning process, preparing product launch materials, coordinating launch meetings, and training the sales force. Track product performance during the initial 12 months to ensure an effective market entry.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Brand Performance Management:<\/strong><br \/>\nReview brand performance by gathering market insights, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective action plans. Utilize market research to optimize brand positioning and drive sustained growth.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement:<\/strong><br \/>\nBuild and maintain relationships with KOLs, conduct fieldwork to gather market insights, update them on product value, and present clinical evidence to strengthen the product&#8217;s market presence.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Supply Chain Collaboration:<\/strong><br \/>\nWork closely with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team to monitor product quantities and ensure market availability.
