Organizations\/Public Sector Undertakings\/Recognized Universities\/Institutions<\/strong> who meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n<p>(a) <strong>Holding an analogous post<\/strong> on a regular basis in the parent cadre\/department; OR<br \/>\n(b) <strong>Five years of regular service<\/strong> in Level-11 (Rs. 67,700 \u2013 Rs. 2,08,700) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre\/department.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Educational_Qualification\"><\/span><strong>Educational Qualification<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Essential:<\/strong> Master\u2019s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, Bacteriology, Medicine, Microbiology, or Biotechnology from a recognized University or Institute.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Desirable:<\/strong> Doctorate in any of the above-mentioned disciplines from a recognized University or Institute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Experience\"><\/span><strong>Experience<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Essential:<\/strong> At least <strong>eight years<\/strong> of experience in drug testing, standardization, and research.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Tenure:<\/strong> The period of deputation (including short-term contract) shall not exceed <strong>four years<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Age Limit:<\/strong>
