CRI has made significant contributions in the field of medical and public health, including vaccine production, research, and human resource development. During World War II, CRI played a crucial role in producing vaccines for the immunization of troops, an achievement of unparalleled significance. The institute continues to be a national referral center for public health concerns.<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Eligibility_Criteria\"><\/span><strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"For_DeputationAbsorption\"><\/span><strong>For Deputation\/Absorption:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Applicants must be officers under the Central or State Governments who:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Hold an analogous post<\/strong> on a regular basis in the parent cadre; OR<\/li>\n<li><strong>Have at least eight years of regular service<\/strong> in Level-2 (Rs. 19,900 &#8211; 63,200).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Qualification requirements may be relaxed by the Central Government in exceptional cases.<\/li>\n<li>Experience requirements may be relaxed for candidates from Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) if sufficient eligible candidates are not available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"For_Direct_Recruitment\"><\/span><strong>For Direct Recruitment:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Candidates must meet the following qualifications:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Educational Qualification:<\/strong>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>12th Class pass or equivalent from a recognized board.<\/li>\n<li>Qualified Pharmacist as recognized under clause \u2018C\u2019 of Section 31 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Departmental candidates with the required qualification and eight years of regular service in Level-2 (Rs. 19,900 &#8211; 63,200) will also be considered under absorption.<\/li>\n<li>Deputation period, including time in another ex-cadre post, shall not exceed three years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Remuneration_Allowances\"><\/span><strong>Remuneration &amp; Allowances<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The selected candidate will receive a salary as per the <strong>Level-4 pay scale (Rs. 25,500 &#8211; 81,100)<\/strong> along with deputation allowance as per Department of Personnel &amp; Training (DoPT) guidelines (O.M. 2\/11\/2017-Estt. (Pay-II) dated 24.11.2017 and amendments thereafter).<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Application_Process\"><\/span><strong>Application Process<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Interested and eligible officers willing to apply for the post must submit their applications through the <strong>proper channel<\/strong> in the prescribed format.
