Our mission is to ensure the availability of essential medicines and medical supplies while maintaining strict quality control and efficient logistics.<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Role_Pharmacist\"><\/span><strong>Role: Pharmacist<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Eligibility_Criteria\"><\/span><strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Educational Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) from a recognized institution or a related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience &amp; Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\" data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Prior experience in a similar field is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, with experience in a managerial role being an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n<li>Good mental and physical health to handle high-pressure environments.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to maintaining a positive and professional work environment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Scope_of_Work\"><\/span><strong>Scope of Work<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ol start=\"1\" data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Dispensing medications accurately per prescriptions while ensuring correct dosages and instructions.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring patient responses to medications and addressing any adverse effects.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting adverse drug reactions (ADRs) and advising on risk management strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with healthcare professionals to make informed drug therapy decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting medication therapy management (MTM) for improved patient outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Managing pharmaceutical supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with storage regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping updated on pharmacological advancements and providing education on best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Verifying prescription accuracy and legality.<\/li>\n<li>Educating patients on dosage, side effects, and proper medication use.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining accurate inventory records, including stock levels and expiry dates.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring proper stocking, preservation, and accessibility of drugs and medical supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting periodic physical verification of stock levels.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a professional and organized work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Escalating issues or concerns to relevant authorities in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Performing on-call duties as required.<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out additional responsibilities as assigned by the management.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Application_Process\"><\/span><strong>Application Process<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong> Qualified and interested candidates must submit their applications electronically through the designated online form (link provided below).
