No increments or additional benefits will be provided.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1487\" data-end=\"1626\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1490\" data-end=\"1626\"><strong data-start=\"1490\" data-end=\"1520\">Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong> The appointee shall perform duties as assigned by the competent authority without additional allowance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1627\" data-end=\"1793\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1630\" data-end=\"1793\"><strong data-start=\"1630\" data-end=\"1656\">Performance &amp; Payment:<\/strong> Salary will be disbursed only after a satisfactory performance report from the CMO in charge of the assigned <strong data-start=\"1766\" data-end=\"1790\">CGHS Wellness Center<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1794\" data-end=\"2045\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1797\" data-end=\"2045\"><strong data-start=\"1797\" data-end=\"1841\">Non-Eligibility for Government Benefits:<\/strong> No entitlement to <strong data-start=\"1860\" data-end=\"2043\">Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Benefits, Seniority, Promotion, Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), Leave Encashment, or LTC.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2046\" data-end=\"2169\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2049\" data-end=\"2169\"><strong data-start=\"2049\" data-end=\"2066\">Leave Policy:<\/strong> Paid leave at <strong data-start=\"2081\" data-end=\"2124\">1.5 days per completed month of service<\/strong> (non-cumulative beyond the calendar year).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2170\" data-end=\"2306\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2173\" data-end=\"2306\"><strong data-start=\"2173\" data-end=\"2198\">Full-time Commitment:<\/strong> The appointee cannot accept any other employment, including private practice, during the contract tenure.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2307\" data-end=\"2482\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2310\" data-end=\"2482\"><strong data-start=\"2310\" data-end=\"2346\">Work Location &amp;
