The Demand Draft should be drawn in favor of <strong>&#8220;Integrated Health and Family Welfare Society, Latur City Municipal Corporation, Latur&#8221;<\/strong> from a nationalized bank.<\/li>\n<li>The application form is available on the official website. Only applications submitted in the prescribed format will be accepted.<\/li>\n<li>If applying for multiple posts, candidates must submit separate applications and fees.<\/li>\n<li>Selected candidates must submit a bond of <strong>Rs. 100\/- on bond paper<\/strong> upon joining.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Terms and Conditions:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>The position is purely contractual and will remain valid until <strong>June 29, 2025<\/strong>. Based on approval and performance, the contract may be extended for another <strong>11 months and 29 days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>These are not State Government positions, and Government Service Rules do not apply.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must clearly mention the <strong>post name and category (caste category)<\/strong> in their application. A caste certificate must be submitted if applicable.<\/li>\n<li>A <strong>waiting list of 50% of total posts<\/strong> will be maintained and published separately.<\/li>\n<li>If a reserved category candidate is unavailable, candidates from other categories with the required qualifications may be considered for temporary appointment.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate must be physically and mentally fit and should not have any criminal cases registered against them.<\/li>\n<li>No travel or other allowances will be provided for application submission or interviews.<\/li>\n<li>The recruitment process may be postponed, modified, or canceled at any time at the discretion of the Hon\u2019ble Commissioner and Chairman, Selection Committee, Latur City Municipal Corporation.<\/li>\n<li>Selected candidates must <strong>join within 7 days<\/strong> of receiving the appointment order. Failure to do so will result in cancellation, and the next candidate in the waiting list will be appointed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Important Notes:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Candidates over 60 years of age must provide a <strong>physical fitness certificate from the District Surgeon<\/strong> on the interview day and annually thereafter.<\/li>\n<li>Registration certificates from the relevant council are mandatory for eligibility.<\/li>\n<li>Work experience in government or semi-government institutions will be given preference.<\/li>\n<li>If the Central\/State Government discontinues the post, the appointment will be terminated immediately without notice.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must attach <strong>all mark sheets
