Assurance<\/strong> to support a technical team interfacing between our company and External Partners in <strong>Biologics Drug Substance and Drug Product Manufacturing.<\/strong> This role will ensure compliance with quality assurance processes and regulatory standards during technical transfers and throughout commercial manufacturing at External Partner sites.<\/p>\n<div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Key_Responsibilities\"><\/span><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Quality Oversight:<\/strong> Provide direction on quality objectives and ensure oversight of all quality-related issues at External Partner sites.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Regulatory Compliance:<\/strong> Ensure all quality assurance activities comply with FDA, EMA, and internal regulatory requirements during facility start-up and technical transfers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manufacturing Support:<\/strong> Offer continuous quality support by resolving quality issues, analyzing process performance, and developing compliance plans.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaboration:<\/strong> Work with Biologics Quality Operations and relevant teams to address quality-related concerns and ensure smooth product lifecycle management.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Validation Strategies:<\/strong> Support and oversee validation processes for new and existing products to maintain quality compliance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical Review:<\/strong> Assess process change requests, deviations, protocols, and Master Batch Record changes to ensure alignment with quality standards.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Issue Resolution:<\/strong> Troubleshoot quality-related manufacturing issues and conduct investigations using scientific methodologies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Efficiency Improvement:<\/strong> Develop and implement efficient regulatory compliance methods without compromising quality standards.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quality Management System:<\/strong> Maintain adherence to quality, compliance, and safety standards by complying with Manufacturing Division Quality Management System requirements.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Partner Engagement:<\/strong> Foster a culture of quality and compliance by collaborating with External Partners to achieve business objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Candidate_Profile\"><\/span><strong>Candidate Profile<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in <strong>Chemical\/Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Required_Experience_and_Skills\"><\/span><strong>Required Experience and Skills:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Minimum <strong>15 years of experience<\/strong> in quality assurance within biopharmaceutical operations, particularly in <strong>Drug Substance and Drug Product Manufacturing and Validation.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong expertise in <strong>quality systems, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance practices<\/strong> in the biopharmaceutical industry.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with <strong>change management processes<\/strong> and regulatory support planning.<\/li>\n<li>Proven knowledge in <strong>process validations, cleaning validations, analytical testing, in-process controls, and batch record reviews.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Ability to conduct <strong>risk assessments<\/strong> and implement continuous improvement strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in <strong>computer system validations, equipment validations, audits, and batch release procedures.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills for managing external partnerships and addressing quality concerns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\"
