Definitions:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Technology Transfer:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> The controlled process of moving technology and related knowledge from one location or entity to another while maintaining the intended quality and performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Responsibilities\"><\/span><strong>4.
