a. Notify laboratory personnel about the upcoming calibration. b. Ensure that the Walk-in Incubator is empty and cleaned before calibration. c. Verify that the calibration technician has the necessary equipment and PPE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Temperature Check:<\/strong> a. Allow the Walk-in Incubator to stabilize for at least one hour before calibration. b. Place the calibrated temperature probes at various locations within the incubator to ensure uniformity. c. Record the temperature readings and compare them with the reference thermometer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Calibration Adjustment:<\/strong> a. If any discrepancies are found, adjust the incubator settings accordingly. b. Document all adjustments made during the calibration process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Verification:<\/strong> a. Re-check the temperature at multiple points after adjustments. b. Ensure that the temperature remains within the specified range (20-25\u00b0C or 30-35\u00b0C).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Documentation:<\/strong> a.
