Applications Invited for Walk-in Interview

Post: Pharmacist (RBSK) – 9 Vacancies

Content: Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the filling of the following contractual positions under Zilla Swasthya Samiti, Jajpur. The recruitment will be through a Walk-in Interview, and all positions are purely temporary, subject to renewal, and co-terminus with the scheme as per the terms and conditions of OSH&FW Society.

Position: Pharmacist (RBSK)

Number of Posts: 9 (Gen-1, SC-2, ST-4, SEBC-2)

Eligibility Criteria:

Interested in-house eligible candidates (currently working in the same post in another district) may apply in the prescribed format with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) and experience certificate issued by the concerned CDM & PHO. Additionally, candidates must provide a certificate of the last uninterrupted service for the same post under the Health and Family Welfare (FW) Society. Selection will be based on the highest length of incumbency under the Society, following the applicable reservation category.

Remuneration (In RS): In-House

Documents Required:

  • One attested recent passport-size color photograph affixed/pasted on the designated space of the application form.
  • Attested copies of mark sheets and certificates pertaining to Essential Qualification & Preferential Qualification (from 10th standard onwards) as per the post requirements.
  • Attested copies of post-qualification experience certificates.
  • Attested copies of identity proof such as Voter Identity Card, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, or Driving License.

General Instructions for In-House Candidates:

  1. All positions are contractual, and job continuity depends on individual performance as per Health and Family Welfare, Odisha, society norms.
  2. Candidates must submit a NO Objection Certificate cum-Continuation Certificate for the last uninterrupted service in the same post under the society, issued by the competent authority, along with the application form.
  3. Selection will follow the guidelines stipulated by the Mission Director, NHM, Odisha.
  4. Selection shall be based on the highest length of incumbency in the same post under OSH&FW Society.
