A FADL (Functional Area Design Language) Analyst is responsible for analyzing and designing functional areas within an organization. This includes identifying process improvements, creating functional specifications, and working with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
An M. Sc. in Analytical Chemistry or M. Pharm degree would be a good educational qualification for a FADL Analyst position in the pharmaceutical industry.
Work Experience/ Skills
Relevant work experience of 2-4 years in a pharmaceutical organization with knowledge of handling instruments such as HPLC, GC, Dissolution tester, and DPI related instruments is also desirable. Knowledge of current guidelines like ICH, EMEA, WHO is also important.
In addition to these qualifications, the ideal candidate for a FADL Analyst position should possess strong communication skills, the ability to analyze and solve problems, and a good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. They should also have the potential for growth and be able to work well with others.
