Job Post: Junior Officer

Job Description

  1. Production Documentation: Drafting production-related documents for assigned modules in accordance with SOP and protocol guidelines.
  2. Production CCR Investigation: Preparing data for timely closure of Production CCRs in Trackwise through investigative efforts.
  3. Hazop and MPR Coordination: Collaborating with the safety department to draft Hazop reports and action points for draft MPRs.
  4. IMS Documentation: Responsible for preparing IMS documents, including HIRA (Hazards Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control) and EAI (Environmental Aspect-Impact assessment).
  5. Training Oversight: Serving as the DTC (Designated Training Coordinator) for the department, ensuring timely completion of training for self and subordinates in the LMS.
  6. SAP Entries: Managing all SAP entries related to documentation processes.
  7. Document Coordination: Acting as a Document Coordinator within the plant, responsible for issuing, archiving, and maintaining documents in EDAMS.
  8. BPR/BRC Review: Reviewing BPR (Batch Production Record) and BRC (Batch Release Certificate) documents and submitting them to QA (Quality Assurance).
  9. Requisition Forms: Creating requisition forms, including ARF/LRF generation for module-related needs.
  10. Packaging Material Planning: Planning and managing packaging material requirements, supplying daily needs for production, and coordinating with the warehouse.
  11. Stock Amendment Note: Performing activities related to Stock Amendment Note for Repacking/Relabeling, adhering to specific pack size requirements, and providing samples for market and QA if needed.
  12. API Quality Data: Entering data for given solvents and managing Lot making reservations, as well as maintaining API quality data.
