Pharmacist under Ministry of Defence at Meerut Cantonment Board

Pharmacists working under the Ministry of Defence at Cantonment Boards would likely be responsible for dispensing and providing medication and advice to military personnel. They would also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of medication, as well as ensuring that medication is stored and dispensed in a safe and secure manner. In addition to these responsibilities, pharmacists working under the Ministry of Defence may also be required to perform other duties as assigned by their supervisor or manager.

Post : Pharmacist (Compounder)

No. of Post & reservation if any : The position is open to Unreserved (U/R) candidates and there is 1 open position.

Pay scale: The present pay scale for this position is 5200-20200 with a grade pay of 2400 and pay level as per 7th CPC.

Educational qualification:To qualify for the position, candidates must have passed 10+2 (Science) and have one of the following qualifications: D. Pharm from a recognized institute, Matric passed before 1994 with D. Pharm, or B. Pharm.

Age limit: The age limit for this position is 21 to 30 years, as of the last date of receipt of application. Age relaxation for reserved categories will be given in accordance with the instructions of the Government of India.

Application fee: The application fee is Rs.1000/- for General/OBC candidates, Rs.500/- for SC/ST/EWS and Rs. Nil for persons with disability (PwD).
