The job of a Partnership Manager is to manage a portfolio of partnerships throughout their lifecycle, with a focus on creating mutual value. They are responsible for managing financial transactions and overseeing the governance of partnerships, aligning internal stakeholders, and identifying and resolving key partnership risks and issues. They should have knowledge of finance and taxation, and be able to provide strategic input during partnership agreement negotiations. They should also have strong cross-functional knowledge, business acumen, and drug development experience, as well as the ability to facilitate cross-functional solutions for issues that could impact the alliance relationship.
