Walk-In Interviews for FRESHERS at Cipla Limited

Cipla Ltd has such a widespread manufacturing presence across India, with facilities in multiple locations such as Bangalore, Indore, Goa, Baddi, Kurkumbh, Patalganga, and Sikkim. This is an important aspect of ensuring that medications are readily available and can be produced and distributed efficiently.

Cipla is looking for candidates for three different positions in their Production and Quality departments. The qualifications required for each position are as follows:

1. Junior officer- Production: The candidate must have a B.Pharm degree.
   1. Maintaining standard process parameters: The Junior Officer in Production will be responsible for ensuring that the manufacturing process is running smoothly and efficiently, and that all parameters are within the standard range.
   2. Preparing manufacturing records and updating online documentation: The Junior Officer in Production will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of the manufacturing process, and updating the online documentation as required.                         Experience : 0 to 1 year                                                                                                                 Qualification: B.Pharm degree from a reputed college
2. Junior operator- Production: The candidate must have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
   1. Machine operation as per production plan: The Junior Operator in Production will be responsible for operating the machines as per the production plan to ensure smooth production operations.
   2. Executing and updating online documentation: The Junior Operator in Production will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of the manufacturing process and updating the online documentation as required.                                                              Experience : 0 to 1 year                                                                                                                Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed college
3. Junior officer- Quality: The candidate must have a B.Pharm degree.
   1. Reviewing Master Validation protocol: The Junior Officer in Quality will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance with the Master Validation protocol, which is a document that outlines the process for validating equipment, systems, and processes.
   2. QMS & IPQA: The Junior Officer in Quality will be responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) and in-process quality assurance (IPQA) systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.                                                                Experience : 0 to 1 year                                                                                                                Qualification: B.Pharm degree from a reputed college
