Zydus Lifesciences Ltd. (formerly Cadila Healthcare Ltd.) is conducting a walk-in interview for the following positions:

Quality Assurance

1. Senior Executive to Assistant Manager (IPQA):
   • Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
   • Experience: 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in IPQA activities, including Line clearance, In Process, Sampling of In-process and finished products, Swab sampling, and Review of BMR for manufacturing and Packing line in Oral Solid Dosage Manufacturing facilities.

Warehouse

1. Technical Assistant (Operator):
   • Qualification: Diploma / ITI
   • Experience: 4 to 12 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical warehousing operations, including receipt, storage, dispensing, and handling of materials.
2. Technical Assistant (Dispensing):
   • Qualification: Diploma in Engineering / Pharmacy
   • Experience: 4 to 12 years of relevant experience in Raw material Dispensing Activities.
3. Executive to Dy. Manager (Dispensing):
   • Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharma graduate
   • Experience: 5 to 12 years of experience in handling all Raw Material Dispensing operations. Must be well-versed with SAP WMS, QMS, Qualification & MES / Automated Dispensing System. Exposure to USFDA / MHRA and other regulatory audits is a plus.
4. Assistant Manager to Dy. Manager:
   • Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm graduate
   • Experience: 5 to 15 years of experience in handling warehousing activities. Should have exposure to handling Raw Material, Packing Material, and dispensing activities. Good knowledge of QMS area and equipment qualification related activities. Well-versed with SAP knowledge of MM module with WMS. Experience in handling expired, rejected, non-moving, and obsolete inventory. Exposure to USFDA / MHRA and other regulatory audits is preferred.

Production

1. Technical Assistant (Operator):
   • Qualification: Diploma in Engineering / Pharmacy
   • Experience: 5 to 10 Years of experience in operating machines like Granulation, Wurster Coater, Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines, Coating machines, and performing line clearance, operation, and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.
2. Executive to Dy. Manager:
   • Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Pharma
   • Experience: 5 to 12 years of experience in supervising and controlling production areas like Granulation, Compression, and QMS. Responsible for planning manufacturing batches in coordination with PPMC. To monitor line clearance, cleaning of equipment, instrument, auxiliary items. To carry out qualification activities. To initiate QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation). To handle manpower and allocate daily activities. Exposure to regulatory audits is a must.

Packing

1. Technical Assistant (Operator):
   • Qualification: Diploma / D.Pharma
   • Experience: 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in operating Machines for Bottle packing (CVC200BPM) line and Blister Line. Perform line clearance, operation, and cleaning of equipment. Monitor equipment performances and breakdown, maintain yield and productivity as per process instruction. Receive, arrange, store, and maintain the material movement of Packaging material.

Engineering

1. Technician:
   • Qualification: Diploma / ITI / ITI (Refrigeration)
   • Experience: 3 to 8 years of experience in Water System / Utility / HVAC + BMS / Electrical (HT, LT panels) / Process Equipment.
2. Assistant Manager to Manager:
   • Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical / Civil)
   • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in the respective fields of Water System, Civil, and Process Equipment Maintenance.
