Job Description:

The Aggregate Report Analyst is responsible for creating documents to support product development, license applications, and post-marketing maintenance. They accurately translate regulatory requirements and corporate policies into timely and compliant analyses and presentations of safety data and benefit-risk assessments, empowering healthcare decisions for the safe and appropriate use of medicines.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Be a member of the Aggregate Report Center of Excellence team, collaborating globally.
• Liaise with key partners, including Safety, Regulatory, Medical, and Clinical teams.
• Collaborate with quality experts to ensure accuracy and quality in documents.
• Serve as the Worldwide Safety ‘point of contact’ when assigned by the manager.
• Identify areas for process improvements and communicate solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare integrated safety data analyses for various reports.
• Communicate resource and timeline needs for assigned documents.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and external regulatory guidance.
• Drive document strategies in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Provide oversight for internal or external co-authors when required.
• Understand relationships between documents and analyses produced for regulators.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences with 3+ years of relevant medical experience.
• High fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• Excellent scientific writing and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with global regulatory guidance (ICH, FDA, and EMA).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree preferred (MD, DVM, PharmD, or Master’s/PhD in a relevant field).
• Previous experience with data presentation and analysis software.
• Proficiency with statistical concepts.
• Extensive familiarity with epidemiologic principles.
