Job Title: Pharmacist – ECHS Polyclinic, Palampur
About ECHS
The Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) Central Organisation, headquartered in Delhi, operates under the Chief of Staff Committee (COSC) through AG and DGDC&W at Army HQ. Led by a serving Major General, the organisation manages 28 Regional Centres and 426 ECHS Polyclinics. ECHS functions as an attached office under the Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare (DoESW), Ministry of Defence, alongside the Directorate General Resettlement (DGR) and Kendriya Sainik Board (KSB).
Position Details
Post: Pharmacist
Number of Vacancies: 01 (Palampur)
Type of Engagement: Contractual – 1 year (renewable for another year or until the maximum permissible age, subject to performance and other criteria)
Remuneration: ₹28,100/- per month (fixed)
Essential Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognised institute OR
-
10+2 (Science stream – Physics, Chemistry, Biology) from a recognised board AND
-
Approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an institute recognised by the Pharmacy Council of India
-
Registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948
-
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience

Reporting Time: 10:00 hrs
Interview Timing: 10:30 – 14:00 hrs
Candidates must bring the original documents (matriculation, 10+2, graduation/post-graduation/diploma, work experience certificates, discharge book, PPO, and service records) at the time of the interview. No TA/DA will be provided. Only candidates meeting all eligibility criteria should apply.
