Role Overview

We are seeking an Associate Consultant – Patient Centered Solutions (PCS) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for life sciences professionals passionate about patient-centered research, clinical outcomes assessment, and real-world studies that shape healthcare decisions globally.

Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Consultant, you will:

• Conduct literature reviews, analyze social media and patient interview transcripts to capture patient experiences.

• Perform disease landscape assessments, competitive benchmarking, and clinical trial endpoint reviews.

• Identify, review, and recommend PRO/COA instruments for measuring disease and treatment impact.

• Develop high-quality reports, presentations, and scientific deliverables for clients.

• Collaborate in internal and client meetings, workshops, and strategy sessions.

• Support the PCS team in intellectual property development, marketing materials, training, and business development initiatives.

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Sciences (PharmD, MBBS, BDS, BPharm, MPharm, Clinical Research, or related field).

• 2–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, consulting, or CRO sectors.

• Strong understanding of clinical trial designs, endpoints, and outcome measures.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet-based research.

• Prior experience in literature reviews, qualitative analytics, or scientific writing is desirable.

• Familiarity with tools such as ATLAS.ti or MAXQDA will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
